4. Candidate Services

  • No guarantee of employment. Decisions made by employers.
  • Candidates must provide accurate details and have legal right to work in UK.
5. Client Services
  • Clients may submit vacancies and use our recruitment services.
  • Separate agreements apply to recruitment fees and terms.
  • Clients responsible for compliance with employment law
6. Fees and Payments
  • Agreed in writing before engagement
  • Invoices due within agreed terms (usually 14-30 days).
  • Late payments may incur interest under Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998
7. Intellectual Property

Website content (text, branding, graphics) belongs to Anchor Staffing Solutions.

8. Liability
  • No warranty on accuracy or availability of website.
  • Not liable for hiring outcomes, third-party decisions, or indirect damages.
  • Liability capped to service fees paid.
9. Indemnities
