5. Client Services
- Clients may submit vacancies and use our recruitment services.
- Separate agreements apply to recruitment fees and terms.
- Clients responsible for compliance with employment law
6. Fees and Payments
- Agreed in writing before engagement
- Invoices due within agreed terms (usually 14-30 days).
- Late payments may incur interest under Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998
7. Intellectual Property
Website content (text, branding, graphics) belongs to Anchor Staffing Solutions.
8. Liability
- No warranty on accuracy or availability of website.
- Not liable for hiring outcomes, third-party decisions, or indirect damages.
- Liability capped to service fees paid.
